Reverie is a Discord bot service that provides AI-powered roleplay features, including character creation, scenario management, and interactive storytelling capabilities. The service operates on a subscription-based model with different tiers offering varying levels of features and usage limits.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

• Have a valid Discord account
• Be at least 13 years of age or the minimum age in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscription terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed through Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months of service
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Usage Limits and Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate or share harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Share or redistribute access to the service
• Use automated tools to bypass usage limitations
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Regarding content:

• You retain ownership of content you create
• You grant us a license to use content to provide the service
• We do not claim ownership of your characters or scenarios
• The service itself and its underlying technology remain our property
• AI-generated content is provided as-is without warranties

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
